AB0261 PREVALENCE OF HEART VALVULAR REGURGITATION ACCORDING TO THE TIME OF DISEASE EVOLUTION IN RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS PATIENTS

Background Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients are at higher risk of developing cardiovascular (CV) diseases, both ischemic and non-ischemic, than the general population [1]. Inflammatory status fibrotic changes cardiac valves in these predispose them to a valve which could be detected by echocardiography [2]. Objectives To determine prevalence valvular regurgitation, according time disease evolution RA patients. Methods Descriptive, comparative, cross-sectional study. We enrolled between 40 75 years old who fulfilled ACR/EULAR 2010 classification criteria recruited Rheumatology service from tertiary care hospital. Patients were divided into quartiles.
